That is simply the careful wording of an attorney. If he was sure it didn't exist he would have said so. Something like "this report concludes that the President did not commit a crime. The one he used is a negative statement, not a positive one. He left the door open. That is the blatant fact. That others want to dismiss it might be unfortunate but cannot change it."Read between the lines" 🤣 🤣 🤣 Which means you interpret something how you THINK it should be and not the actual reality.

For the Obstruction of Justice part, I repeat what was said: "this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime.”
It's things like blatant facts and evidence you simply dismiss is why people on here get frustrated with you.
You, and others, are falling into the traps set by Trump and his constant rewriting of history through repetitive lies. The truth can be frustrating for those with predetermined agendas.
