I don’t think you are being serious.
It’s really obvious that TDS is simply an attempt to slur those who criticise Trump. Criticism that is very hard for any rational observer to disagree with. We might disagree on things but as you aren’t irrational so I feel sure you too are concerned about the current direction of the USA.

Yes, I'm concerned, but only to a degree, and don't feel the need to attack Trump for every breath he takes.
I just don't see the point in obsessing over a situation we can't affect. Americans are different to us and view things differently.

American Border Forces (in my experience) have always been rather draconian and heavy-handed. This isn't really anything new. I say this as someone who was escorted out of the American Embassy in London in 1993 for questioning the actions of a Visa operative.

I agree that there’s no point in attacking him for every breath he takes. So, against some perceptions, I don’t.
He is though the primary reason for concern in current world politics and likely to have more impact on us than anything our own politicians can influence. For that reason he gets most attention.

They certainly aren’t friendly or welcoming. I remember being lighthearted with one after a long wait and getting a very frosty response.
Quite unlike our own guys, who are invariably polite and respectful.

Meh. I'd be more concerned at the possibility of Vance taking over. It has to be possible that Trump won't see out the full term either through natural causes or not.
