We have got to buy or borrow a LWB. We are playing without one. Mitchell is a full back and has not adjusted to the new role at all. Vital in January.
Yes they do.This is the first time in 6 years we are in the bottom 3, it brings a lot more excitement to the season. We have been lower midtable in recent seasons with no danger of going down or reaching European spots, a bit boring.
The Bookies who dont often get things wrong, dont think we are going down and place us at 6th favourites to drop.
Hopefully it won’t happen but Championship under Glasner for a season might be better than the alternative! We will be ok but if not there will be some good away grounds to visit 👍
opta's supercomputer .https://theanalyst.com/2024/12/who-will-be-relegated-from-the-premier-league-2024-251.6!? Who wrote that?? I mean I'm an optimist when it comes to Palace but not 1.6 optimistic!
Betting companies have us at around 10/1. 6th favourites along with City - probably based on legal issues rather than their current form1.6!? Who wrote that?? I mean I'm an optimist when it comes to Palace but not 1.6 optimistic!
Southampton's new manager has not got an impressive record in terms of win % at former clubs :current odds of relegation
southampton : 97.8%
Ipswich : 76.9%
Wolves : 52.4%
Leicester : 62.0%
Palace : 1.6%
Everton : 7.8%
given 21 games remaining and PPG values from former clubsSouthampton's new manager has not got an impressive record in terms of win % at former clubs :
Roma 33%, Torino 36%, Hellas Verona 29%, Genoa (2 spells) 29% and 20%.
many commentators are now saying ManUre will be in a relegation fight.
oh please God , yes !!!!!!!!!!!!
and notwithstanding us thumping them regularly, we can now also finish above them in the Table.
Ironically Man Utd face quite a few of the same issues as us. A system manager who is reliant on good wingbacks and a high energy midfield which they don’t have along with a profligate attack. Mind you we ain’t paying our players £300k a week and didn’t spend £80m on the likes of Anthony. If they carry on as they are, do the players really have what it takes to handle the pressure and stay up?
Stranger things have happened, like Leicester winning it.
I wish I had your confidence. I do think it matters that Fulham get at least a draw. Ipswich are showing signs of a comeback . Man United will spend their way out of trouble.Yesterday was a fantastic day for us. We got a valuable point from Chelscum. And Everton, Southampton & Leicester all lost their respective matches.
Today : Fulham vs Ipswich.
And it doesnt even matter if Ipswich win, cos ManUre will be getting thumped and will drop down into the relegation dogfight. Fingers crossed.
The rumours are that they need to sell before they can buy.I wish I had your confidence. I do think it matters that Fulham get at least a draw. Ipswich are showing signs of a comeback . Man United will spend their way out of trouble.
