Summer Transfers 2025 (rumours and incomings)

It’s the same scenario every year…..

If the team plays well, bigger clubs take interest and try and buy our best players….but their values have increased!

If the team has a poor season, then there is less interest and players values generally are less…

It’s business!

Is it only me that doesn't rate Delap? I mean he's OK as an old fashioned CF, who granted, started the season well. Good for a mid to low PL club, but not the quality ManU should be looking at to get them back up top.
No I agree.

He is a young man with potential definately a mid table player (he would suit us) but I'm surprised Moan United would buy a player based on potential. If Ipswich would have stayed up I would have said stay with them for another season to learn your trade.

£40m for potential seems a lot.

From what I have seen of Jonathon David he reminds me of JPM. Strong quick but needs several chances to score. He would be an ideal replacement if JPM left I can't see him joining a top 6 clubs well not yet anyway, not unless they are desperate.

They bought Yoro on potential and he seems to be the only decent signing they made last summer but he cost a lot and is likely to be off to Real Madrid in his prime years
Delaps's release clause is only 30m and of the teams interested United is the most likely to make him the starter. Having said that, Old Trafford is a graveyard. It wouldn't surprise me to see him go the Even Ferguson route. 12 goals for Brighton at 17/18 so he had much more potential than Delap. What on earth has happened to him?

Pretty sure he will unfortunately. Has apparently already had talks with Chelsea. Can see United, Spurs possibly even Arsenal being keen.

Anyone doubt Football Insider is anything but clickbait? And I still stood for it.

I doubt man city want him as they're about to sign german's new superstar, Wirst. He may be to replace de bruyne but unless city sell a wide player or two then i don't think they'll be room for eze.

I don't think Eze going to Man City is a good move for Eze or Man City

Eze isn't consistant enough for City IMO

Also, cant see the point of signing a dribbler and trying to change them into a passer. Didn't end well with Grealish
