I would gently remind people that the aim of football is to score more goals than the other team score against you. That’s how you win. It doesn’t matter if you score plenty of goals if the opposition score more. You still lose. We are losing, a lot.

I hate these anonymous briefing though. Just causes speculation and none of the parties named can respond. Given it’s the daily mail my only surprise is they haven’t written at as “shock new medical report shows how dropping Canvot both causes and cures cancer while being a great way to grow retirement income”

We only ever had a first XV under Glasner. That was the major issue that we failed to resolve. As a result, we lost our best ever manager.

Most successful in terms of trophies if you ignore the bread and butter of league position where he was pretty woeful, but Steve Coppell was our best ever manager.

We’re scoring a decent number of goals for the first time in years. Just need to fix the other side of the equation and we will be in good shape. Trust in Sage.

On another note , i see his replacement at his former club Lens have sacked their manager after 4 games in charge .
