ah now c'mon Eagle. You must not contrive funny nicknames for a serious and high ranking person of the Establishment.Sad Dick is a constant liar and not fit for any purpose.
Absolutely. Everyone needs a refreshing deep breath while they're bleeding out after getting a knife stuck in them. A statue to him would be about the size of a garden gnome. When the history books are written Khan will have superhero status,London needs clean air and he took loads of dodgy old vehicles off the road. Several statues of him should be erected now.
Stabbings are beyond any politicians control, there were stabbings BEFORE Khan was Mayor.Absolutely. Everyone needs a refreshing deep breath while they're bleeding out after getting a knife stuck in them. A statue to him would be about the size of a garden gnome.
That's alright then.Stabbings are beyond any politicians control, there were stabbings BEFORE Khan was Mayor.
It has nearly doubled under Khan. The only years it went down slightly were lockdown.Stabbings are beyond any politicians control, there were stabbings BEFORE Khan was Mayor.
I am putting on my kevlar jacket as i'm leaving to have a few pints.I didn't know Sanderstead was so rough, everyone says "hello" but i'll give them a scrutinising stare in future. My neighbour wields secateurs in his garden and has squinty eyes.I am now forearmed. It has nearly doubled under Khan. London knife crime 2024 | Statista
Knife crime in London has increased significantly in recent years, reaching a peak in 2019/20, and remaining at high levels since then.www.statista.com
His constant posturing calling police and stop and search racist hugely contributed to this. And in London, the Mayor is in charge of local law and Justice policies - so it all lays squarely at Khan's door. He is responsible for contributing to the deaths of hundreds of teenagers.
I've posted the figures for you.
I'll be leaving for pints soon too. Missus none too pleased but I love day drinking.I am putting on my kevlar jacket as i'm leaving to have a few pints.I didn't know Sanderstead was so rough, everyone says "hello" but i'll give them a scrutinising stare in future. My neighbour wields secateurs in his garden and has squinty eyes.I am now forearmed.
What is really annoying is that when I am back in London I like to go to Tooting for a curry and you see his sickening visage in one or two of the restaurants, needless to say I go to othersah now c'mon Eagle. Nightmares
My plan was to give a brief explanation as to how the word mare got tangled up with the word night to bring us the unpleasant experience of a nightmare. This was supposed to be easy and short, but it has turned into a mare’s nest. A mare’s nest, by the way, is a deliberate …horsenetwork.com
what a Knight-Mayor.I like to go to Tooting for a curry and you see his sickening visage in one or two of the restaurants
Red Ken eminently more preferable to Khan. Far more likely to speak at least some truth.what a Knight-Mayor.
still, you could have Ken Livingston at the curry house in West Norwood. That would defo put me off my food.
I can remember seeing signs on lamp posts near Hornimans museum on the S.Circular " Nuclear free Lewisham ", excellent use of ratesRed Ken eminently more preferable to Khan. Far more likely to speak at least some truth.
When I used to go on away days with Kidderminster Harriers when I lived in the Midlands the bus driver was Ken - a Labour voter. Our song was "red Ken, red Ken - red Ken, red Ken". Yes, we were that inventive.
In those days the team was on the same bus as fans so autographs were not much of a problem.
FA trophy winners then and a couple of cup runs you'll probably remember.
My main memory of the real red Ken was the GLC and standing up to Thatcher until London grounded to a halt - mainly to do with rubbish everywhere. And school meals gradually became smaller and smaller until they made airline food look good. I was a kid in Bromley.
Apparently signs and posters are especially good at reflecting radiation away from the area. 😀I can remember seeing signs on lamp posts near Hornimans museum on the S.Circular " Nuclear free Lewisham ", excellent use of rates
No pubs in Sanderstead. Covenant signed in the parish over 100 years ago not allowing anywhere to see alcohol without food. Same in Carshalton Beeches. There’s a a Plymouth Brethren office in Sanderstead on Limpsfield rd near the shops. Maybe something to do with those boring s0ds.I am putting on my kevlar jacket as i'm leaving to have a few pints.I didn't know Sanderstead was so rough, everyone says "hello" but i'll give them a scrutinising stare in future. My neighbour wields secateurs in his garden and has squinty eyes.I am now forearmed.
Which was nonsense as the train that carried the nuclear waste from Dungeness passed through there.I can remember seeing signs on lamp posts near Hornimans museum on the S.Circular " Nuclear free Lewisham ", excellent use of rates
Your right there are no pubs due to it being a former Quaker area.... but you can get a beer in the Cricket club or the Rugby club (Steve Kember used to run the Bar.)No pubs in Sanderstead.
