Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

If on one hand OL are allowed to stay in the Europa league due to the successful appeal against relegation due to their improved finances after the "sale" of Textor's share of Palace, it would be totally hypocritical of UEFA to ban us on the grounds that Textor still has some perceived control of Palace!
 
uefa have confirmed they have made a decision its going to be custard creams with there tea , but maybe not 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
 
It looks to me that UEFA will not permit Lyon and Palace to both play in the Europa League because of the so called 'breach' of the rules.

Thus our only route to being included was Lyon's relegation and non participation in Europe, which would have left us free to participate as there would be no conflict with Lyon's involvement.

Lyon's successful appeal and likely inclusion in the Europa cuts off Palace's route.

UEFA do not appear to have accepted Palace's arguments or our inclusion would already have been confirmed and the delay in the decision looks to be linked to the outcome of Lyon's appeal.

Whilst I agree with what you're saying, there is undoubtedly some kind of relationship between Textor and the fat Greek bloke, perhaps even a blossoming friendship?

My worry is, Textor could offer Forest a bit of help, maybe some insider knowledge to boost their case? Some sort of revenge for not having his way at Palace.

Yes I'm a cynical b******.
