If people are cautious because of Trump, so what?

Some will be, some won't be.

Only time will tell whether Woody Johnson is a good appointment or not.
 
If Donald did turn up at Selhurst it's completely plausible that he might receive a warm welcome with a rendition of "who's the wa*ker in the cap" or "and I'm seeing a, sh*t comb over, oh baby a sh*t comb over".

So far what I have heard about the man doesn't inspire me. I don't care about his politics will he be good for the club. It sounds like he does like to interfere (with his NFL team) but to his credit he did build / rebuild their stadium.

Good owners are hard to come by at least he's not some dictators son.
 
there's a good thing going at Palace now, why would Johnson&Johnson screw it up. He might even help with replacing the cow shed opposite the Arthur Wait - he might be persuaded that the club could expand and become a solid long term investment. And we should be grateful to the family whose Baby Oil has lubricated more buttocks, enhanced more massages and taken the friction out of more tit w*nks than any other lotion on the market.

It seems according to some reports his teenage sons are though, in respect of his NFL team........let's hope they don't get a foot in the door here!

All the years of following Palace I don’t think the entire fan base has EVER been happy with who the owners are. The fan base still sing about Ron Noades and his relatives, and now we have a new one who’s friend happens to be the Trumpster.

Sport and politics should never be connected for many reasons. A certain Adolf Hitler was overlooking the athletics track during a certain Olympics in 1936 expecting German and European dominance only for a brilliant black athlete called “ Jesse Owens” to storm it with 4 gold medals, obviously Hitler was not best pleased. All this during a time that saw the World being very divided place for the next 8 years!

Sport and politics should never be intertwined, just my view of course and floating it out there….

this is true especially for wingers, Zaha wasn't really a left winger and Olise isn't a right winger
 
I can't understand how anybody would be excited at the prospect of Johnson and Trump being present at Selhurst Park. Both of them are the antithesis of what makes Palace Palace, and what makes us proud of our club.
"Nice" billionaires are virtually non existent, yes so I have to be realistic with who is at the top but right now we currently have a team with the spirit and unity we have not seen since our promotion and that's not something I'd want to upset with simply for the satisfaction of "rattling a few snowflake cages" or whatever it is some of our older members are getting lumps in their pants about.

If you wanted a real right-winger, you could go for the mature A. Hitler. Gets forward a lot and is guaranteed to get us into Europe. Has a bit of form
