I'm talking about the club branding, the whole South London and Proud is aggressively 'local', it's emblazoned everywhere. The irony of this is not lost on me, it's a multi million pound organisation pushing for a global reach and yet revelling in it's 'Croydon'ness. The weird thing is, it seems to be slowly working.OK, but I'm not sure what that means.
How is Donald Trump against family and community?
What is community in this content? Do you have a community? I certainly don't know what mine is.
Are you talking about fan base? That is the only 'community' the club should be interested in.
The whole 'community' discussion is way to complex to cover in this thread. But to summarise, personally I do feel an affiliation and sense of community around Palace, and I think this is something shared by many. It's not to the exclusion of other groups.
Is community and fan base the same thing? No, but for years one of our key selling points has been atmosphere and support. It's a family club, with great atmosphere, come and visit Selhurst.
Is Trump against family and community, outwardly, probably not, though behind closed doors maybe. I'm just allowing my unconscious bias get in the way here.
I'm not expecting you to agree with all of the above!
