I haven't done any background research into this, but from the outside looking in it appears they knew all along they were in breach whereas I think the main argument that Palace have put forward is that Palace aren't and never have been.

I'll say it again, the UEFA rules are not fit for purpose and need to change. Multi club ownership is not going to go away so UEFA must modify their approach to it.

I'm not being at all critical of anyone that comes on here with conjecture. We're all worried about this situation and have very little to go on. Likewise with nearly any half-story in the media. It's always going to happen. I hope no one thinks I was judging them for it!

I have enjoyed the silly back and forth while we wait for substance though! Hopefully everyone that's disagreed a bit will still say "up the Palace" when they pass each other in the street!
