Forest can f*** off. Absolute scum move. They literally cheated to stay up by breaking PSR rules and are in a far clearer multi club model than us that actually trades players.

It rather sounds as if Palace , have been given three weeks to get their act fully together, whatever that might entail. As long as they comply, shouldn’t be a problem.

If Textor has said he is willing to resign as a director (as the Sky report indicated he has) would that solve the issue? He would still be a shareholder but no longer have a vote on the board. I have no idea, just asking the question.
That’s the owner who doesn’t own Forest but sees fit to walk on the pitch to bollock the manager at full time. Yeh he definitely has no influence over the club.

I'm being Professor Hindsight but I think it was always on the cards that UEFA wud set out criteria for us to follow and if we did we'd stay in the Europa League.

Short answer, I don’t know.
But if he has said that he’s willing to do so you would hope that it’s because he believes that is a solution.
When you think about it , it’s the equivalent of putting his shares into a Blind Trust given that he wouldn’t have a vote on the Board / any influence.
Our future hopes for Europe in the hands of Textor "doing the right thing" a shambolic situation, lets hope he does the right thing, but get what right thing is by getting the criteria right , i think someone said that in the first place.

Any sense of excitement or anticipation of qualifying for Europe has long gone.......by the contents of both this thread and the longest drawn out VAR review by UEFA.
Textor has been trying to sell his shares for at least 2 years, as Palace wont join in his multiclub set up. Why does anyone think, he is going to sell them by the end of June. Not sure what getting the criteria right means? Palace arent signed up members of Eagle Holdings multiclub venture, inferring he should of put his shares in a blind trust before March, in case we won the FA Cup. As we havent won any current cup competition in our history and very few clubs outside the top 6 clubs do, nobody envisaged this situation in February before deadline of moving shares into a blind trust.
