Palace potentially denied entry to Europa League?

In the old HOL tradition, it's looking increasingly likely this is going to end in a bare-knuckle fight In Sainsbury's car park
That's the only fair and ethical way to settle this dispute.
Trouble is, Parish is very protective over his hair, and his big beak would be a vulnerable target for the UEFA strong man 💪💪👊👊. 👃💥🤛
If this does end with a bare knuckle in the Sainsbury's Car Park then surely David Nugent will be seeing fair play?

Why can't this fat, Greek c**t just f**k.off (rhetorical). I get that he's still gutted Forest slipped out of the top 6 at the end of the season, but every man and his dog knows that we earned our Europa spot fair and square. I'm really hoping it works against him (I thought CAS decision is final and can't be appealed !?) and that it gives them another reason to vote in our favour.

Well here's a guy who won't listen to anyone legal or not , forest was always going to have legal representation at CAS , stupid not to as they was mentioned in the appeal , I can't see the issue with forest having legal representation there

You know this, because?
I worked in law support for many years. One gets to understand the processes involved.
The steps taken thus far are logical - the club seeks legal advice about the UEFA ruling, the lawyers representing the club lay out the process and the possible outcomes, that is, whether the club has a strong chance of success or not at all. As the club are going ahead and challenging the UEFA ruling one expects that the club has a solid case. If Parish was advised that the club has no case but he decides to pursue the action anyway then he is a fool, but I don't think he is.
There's a lot of speculation and fabrication written on these pages, no one here knows the very exact details of the case except the parties involved.

Forest may actually be irrelevant to our case, at this stage.

CAS are being asked to rule on us, not Forest.

If we our re-instated by default Forest lose out. However there case has not been heard by UEFA so surely they would have to go to UEFA first and then back to CAS?

Forest are reportedly sending a legal team
Bizarre.
They are not a direct party to the issue and should not have had any sight of our confidential evidence or detailed information on the original UEFA finding.
Something doesn't add up.
I hope UEFA haven't been 'leaking' to Forest.
According to the Mail they are named respondents which makes sense given their direct interest (unlike Lyon). As such they have a right to be heard. But...

Disclosure works both ways. As an active party they must reveal everything relating to that trust that date and that UEFA decision on that trust.

Fabrication is a harsh word. This is a message board created for idle but fun guess work. Nobody has the facts save the direct interested parties. Even the press are speculating.

But what has Pavarotti got to do with any of this?
Palace named Nottingham Forest in their appeal (IE: seeking Forest's withdrawal from EL in favour of Palace reinstatement). Therefore Forest have a right to be in the room as it were.
They are not there to attack Palace and will not be allowed to do so. They will be in attendance to attempt to protect their EL place.
This seems to me to be a bit pointless as their place is currently only dependent upon confirmation of Palace's demotion. If we are reinstated Forests place no longer exists as it rightfully belongs to Palace.

The clock is ticking down! The draw is next Monday and I am sure Uefa will only want teams assured of their place in it. They may put pressure on CAS to come up with a decision prior to Monday even if the full reasons are not published till afterwards. There is now no conflict of interest if Palace are reinstated to our rightful place in the draw. This provides CAS with a simple solution. The 1st March date is irrelevant ie a technical breach only. Stick a small fine on Palace a slap on the wrist, tell Parish not to do it again and move on.

Exciting isn’t it!

Forest need to be there to explain what the Greek guy meant when he wrote his letter to UEFA, and not what it actually said...something along the lines of 'he was just seeking clarification' rather than 'you should kick those guys out because I'm more important'.

No need for a fine, we've done nothing wrong. We should fine them for moving the goalposts forward (and now apparently back again for 2026).

This is why we have to win the case. Forest is not a good look and im sure if other way round there fans would be kicking off.

Just seen other posts and Forest being named 😩
