From what was originally released at the time the letter was Forest asking for clarity on the rules of MCO? The media has built this up to what it is now, part of the reason for Palace's demotion. Do fans seriously think that UEFA didn't know the makeup of the Palace ownership and that this letter revealed previously unknown information on who owned what? Even Textor said during the Talksport interview he thought there would be an issue after winning the FA Cup and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm sure I read that SP had mentioned missed emails from UEFA? How is any of that down to Forest?

Firstly how would Textor know there was a problem, the last games in France hadn’t been played, had they? Unless he knew something about match fixing? Secondly a new member Forest by any chance?

The letter probably went along the lines of "excuse me but we complied with the rules ...you wanna have a look at that lots paperwork .. we might have to consider our legal options " something along those lines ,i reckon

There has never been any evidence of such a contract, otherwise it would of been produced by Palace as evidence in the initial meeting with UEFA.

Who cares about forest and their fat Greek owner, does anyone expect him to do anything different ? thats his responsibility as an owner, putting his clubs best interests first. Would I enjoy us getting into the europa that way, not at all, would I expect our owners to do what forest have done, of course I would, id be baffled if they didn't and I think any successful buisnessman would do exactly the same.

My understanding is that he owned 43% of the shares, on which he made a big profit on resale, but only held 25% of the voting rights. UEFA “rules” set a threshold of 30% on whether a shareholder is deemed to have sufficient interest to be considered.

So notwithstanding all the other considerations it seems we can also argue that we didn’t break their requirements anyway.

Eagle Football Holdings owned 43% of Palace. John Textor only owns 51% of Eagle Football Holdings so....

SP has been on a couple of interviews now and not mentioned this being produced at the meeting, which is a significant piece of information (and evidence).

we wouldnt go to CAS if it wasnt true , as its a major part of our case , so for once textor was speaking the truth
