I'm not wriggling out of anything. Many answers would appear to be deflecting away from the subject, rather than attempting to agree some common ground, including your current posting.

I've just attempted to narrow down the discussion.

As I said I have my opinions as to why someone would bring a stop the boats flag to a game or stick labels around the place, unless you think it's simply decor?

Do you say the same as to why someone would bring Palastinian flags to a game or stick labels around the place, unless, of course, it's simply decor?

This is the crux of it. Not only has he willfully ignored what everybody is saying, created a strawman arguement with people that don't exist on this thread and shut the door on finding any common ground, he's accused everybody else of this! I was sympathetic to his cause to begin with and also wished him well on his journey. Now I do not. He's dangerously dishonest and may well do more harm than good. I hope what his cause stands for is successful, but I don't believe he will have any positive impact on that cause. Sorry.

You try your best to be decent and they through it back in your face.

Don't change that attitude though. It's nice to wish people well. Not necessarily with his campaigning, but with life.

You've come on here to try to get some support for your little pressure group and its backfired. It's about time virtue signallers and the permanently offended are called out and told some home truths. Didn't expect it did you ?
