Main thing we need to do is get the back three closer together. Which Glasner can do. And obviously score when we get a chance. Which Glasner can't really influence.

Yes, and reduce the gaps between the back three and the midfield two. Hughes and Wharton are chasing shadows against an extra man in there.

Surely with Johnson in the side we would be better off dropping off a bit, getting compact, and relying on quick counters?
