Marc Guehi

Totally ridiculous. Perhaps he should have refused to wear it on religious grounds. Worked for Morsley the Ipswich captain, oh wait.. he is a Muslim

FA to punish him because he publicly supports his beliefs. Meanwhile the FA are okay with pushing their agenda by ordering players to wear armbands to publicly support their beliefs.

Hypocrisy of the worst kind do as we say don't do as we do.

I hope he takes them to the cleaners.

They will hide behind the religious slogan nonsense. As I said he should have refused to wear it and then the FA would have been on very thin ice, given the Ipswich Captain, if they chose to charge him

Morsley is in the firing line too.

Very tricky for the FA. Glad it ain't my pigeon.

Apparently are not going to charge him but remind him of the rules regarding the showing of religious statements. Ffs. This is the FA falling over themselves to attract Middle Eastern money into the game and welcoming the WC being played in Qatar. Easiest solution stop ths bloody nonsense and just concentrate on football

Utter nonsense isn't it. Virtue signalling in the most meaningless way possible and then a complete failure at the potentially significant issues that could make a difference. FA, UEFA, FIFA etc all as bad as each other.

Only when it suits them do they take politics out of football. They only stopped lighting the Wembley arch after the terrorist attack in Israel last year.

They didint won't to offend the Muslims or the other woke lot.

Somewhat ironic that even after the laces, armbands and other demonstrations of support that there still hasn't been a current PL player who's come out. Why? If Palace signed Julian Clary and he scored loads of goals would anyone care what his preferences were?

Correct

We've got a s*** load of religious boys in the squad.
Ward, Guehi, Lacroix...I think Mitchell, Chalobah...think there's more.

Come on lads, it's 2024.

Handy enough for us as a club, however. Not likely to womanise, take drink or drugs. Surely a positive for us?
Genuinely, if we're supposed to accept everything we're supposed to blindly accept these days, then religion becomes less of a stretch.

Religious people not likely to do bad things?!
Eek!
