Surely we don't accept this late in the day 🙄
Gomez £15m player so no way that’s a reasonable deal. Maybe £20m plus Gomez, but is that better than the £35m they just offered? Is a straight swap, Guehi for Gomez, a good deal? I'm not sure it is. Loan, probably, but not a swap
Yea , thats probably not going to happen . But i agree take the money , better than letting him leave for free .Yep take the money and put Mitchell or Lerma back there. Give all the season ticket holders a free ticket for next year and still money left over to give Glasner a raise.
I could live with that and I’d throw a soft drink in for people in row nine, my favourite number😁Yep take the money and put Mitchell or Lerma back there. Give all the season ticket holders a free ticket for next year and still money left over to give Glasner a raise.
Dont budge one inch on this Palace.
Spot on.If there's legs to this story I don't see how Guehi plays tomorrow.
Perhaps it doesn't matter in the 'big picture,' but it's far from ideal preparation for the Villa game.
Glasner's view on things is likely to be determined by the quality of the arrivals on Monday.
As for Liverpool I'm not impressed.
A big club in name only.
They've had all summer to sort this out and are likely to have to spend £130+ million to get Isac and quibble with Palace over £5million.
They are potentially getting a £80 million centre back for £35million.
I hope their cheque book doesn’t win the league this season
You would have to presume at least ever since the community shield when SP said he would have to be sold, that they have been busy lining up at least 3/4 possible replacements. Glasner’s comment yesterday was obviously designed to show Liverpool ‘ hey no problem if you don’t want to pay we’ll just keep him’ and force their hand. He probably has another Lacroix on standby. The team tomorrow will be interesting.OG will be so pi**ed if we agree deal and got no replacement in the door.
Too late for Diomande and Sporting saw the interest and unsportingly jacked his price up to £60mIf we could get Diomande for £35m on a 5 year deal I would bite their hand off, otherwise I’d say no, not enough.
It does seem to be a very unfortunate situation. If the club wanted Guehi gone, they should have sorted it sooner.Surely we don't accept this late in the day 🙄
And how do you suggest they could have done that?It does seem to be a very unfortunate situation. If the club wanted Guehi gone, they should have sorted it sooner.
Oh dearie meThis is Parish's fault, he publicly stated we would have to sell Guehi, Liverpool knew there was no rush, they could put in a bid on deadline day and it'd be accepted. Tho why the window doesn't finish before the season starts I'll never know.
