For those who continue to insist the Sarr story is made up nonsense.
The above is his agent pleading for for respect and the player being correctly valued in recognition of what they bring.

I translate this to mean a plea for a bumper new contract for Sarr at Palace or a lucrative move away.

Either way, a ' nice little earner ' for the agent.

Interestingly, at the end of last season there was some talk of Palace trying to tie Sarr down to a new deal, but that seems to have gone very quiet.

Its a shame the agent isn't keen on respecting the contract that Sarr is on now and was very happ to sign at the time.
 
Who has the greater resolve between Brighton and Palace?

The two they have purportedly bid for are Minteh and Sarr, with both bids resisted so far.

Liverpool haven’t bid for Sarr. It’s being reported as an “initial approach” only.

Just like Guehi in August 25 except Sarr seems more unsettled by it than Guehi was.
 
Interesting comparing how Sage spoke about Sarr with Mateta yesterday at the press conference.

He was very apologetic and complementary about Mateta but didn't speak the same way about Sarr at all. Maybe reading between the lines a little but they were definitely 2 different narratives.

Maybe because on what happened in January he didnt what anymore resentment from the fans with Mateta . also he is a French brother 🤣
 
Anyone know what is happening here? Clearly something is up but I haven’t seen anything about solid offers and last I heard we said we weren’t selling.

I'll have a little guess. He'll go on transfer deadline day to no aplomb and with no replacement. No strikers to come in. Not even sure of a midfielder. Just a hunch - hope I'm wrong.
 
We tell the bin dippers he’s not for sale, if they are still interested they come back on 2 January with a valid offer. We don’t sell our best players at the end of a window,
Sarr will want to play when he realises he isn’t going and that his international career depends on him playing.
