Glasner to Forest

Should always be remembered for his achievements in winning 3 trophies, but no respect for him as a man if he goes to a club that helped get us relegated from the Europa League.

When he gets the sack after a month, monster payout and he'll have all the time and money to spend with his family.

Quite clever, if he wasn't a complete rat.
(Thanks for the last 2 seasons, Oli)

I imagine the Kamada, Mateta and many other rumours of Palace players will start soon.

Very annoying, I thought we could go back to ignoring Forest again this season but it seems like more spice is getting added to the growing rivalry.
On the contrary why would Mateta or anyone else want to leave us for a club that’s not in Europe? And it’s not like Forest have the resources to do anything other than try to qualify for the European League that we’re already in next season.

You could make the same argument in respect of OG himself.

I agree with everything you've said... However I still think it'll happen.

So at the end of the last game of the season when Steve said 'Olly you are welcome back at Selhurst Park anytime', he presumably didn't think Olly would be wearing a Forest tracksuit!

10th Oct incoming...

What if the offer he couldn't resist was simply an exit clause well below 100 million Euros if a bigger club offers him a life-time opportunity?

And what if this is all it would have taken for him to extend at Palace?

When I first got a message about this, I assumed it was a wind up.
I look back to when it was announced he was going and he was strongly linked with Manchester United, then Chelsea and finally AC Milan.
From that to Forest?
The stories of him a) wanting to stay in London or b) wanting to return to Europe to be closer to his family turn out to be incorrect.
I assume he's been promised a decent transfer budget along with the fat salary, but there must be restrictions on what they can spend as a mid sized club.
I can only assume he likes a challenge as the owner will be looking for a minimum of getting into Europe.
Perhaps Glasner has met his match in the owner who is a similarly ambitious personality who dares to dream.
