I imagine the Kamada, Mateta and many other rumours of Palace players will start soon.

Very annoying, I thought we could go back to ignoring Forest again this season but it seems like more spice is getting added to the growing rivalry.

I’m sure it’s kicking the sand in Steve’s face if he ends up there , gets all the players he wants.

If it happens it will show it was due to lack of ambition and club playing it too safe otherwise he would have stayed with us it makes no sense to switch to Forest.

Forest have no issues with spending money and want to be a top team again like they was in the past the owner wont accept anything else which is why he keeps firing managers.

Palace under SP is happy to just stay in the Prem and if we finish mid table that is a bonus.

This was my initial reaction as well.

The upsetting part about this is Forest are not really a step up in a way that you could see AC Milan, Leverkusen or a Champions League team.

He chose to leave us. And now he has chosen what looks like a sideways move.

Disappointing and I wonder what the impact in terms of him sniffing around our players and target signings will be. Hopefully in a few months we'll be laughing about Agent Glasner as he sends those f***ers down but I doubt it.

The offer he got must have been a big one. Players and money to build something. Two personalities that are hard to see getting along.

I am eternally grateful to him but I hope he fails at Forest. Without Europe they could have a special season, likely to not have too many players away on international duty either. Why Oliver there of all places

There really are some thickos on the site, last season, we lost to Macclesfield, lost early in the League cup, struggled to win a completion we were favorites to win, finished in our equal worst position for 13 years, only won 4 matches at home, scoring 19 goals, only bottom Burnley scored less, due to inept team formations a tactics, particularly in match time, Bayern Munich my Arse, he is lucky to get any premier league job, and to a club HE abused for there actions lasts seasons, FFS

I highly doubt it.

Mateta wants a European club by the looks of it, especially with European football (which Forest doesn't have).

Wharton will be looking much higher (ie. Champions league).

Whilst I expect Mateta to leave this summer, not sure Wharton will.

Remember he is very chummy with UEFA and has been seen multi times having dinner with the president.

The whole FFP stuff is a complete joke anyway look again Chelsea have repeat offended and what they get a fine which is nothing to them.

I wonder if OG is thinking Forest could go for Champions League and there owner has shown the ambition to do so he wont care what happens in say 3 years times anyway if they get hit by sanctions etc.
