Don’t worry. ManU are hogging the limelight again courtesy of the Seagulls. Normal service will be resumed at Selhurst asap.Im looking forward to the main site pic being changed, that constant reminder of Saturday against Macclesfield is not helping.
If you dont want to read peoples feelings on this dont. Simple. Telling everyone to 'grow up' is a bit rich when you praise all of the achievements but refuse to criticise the worst performance/result in the clubs history. So you went home and away years ago? So what? Some of us still do but dont feel the need to talk down to others we disagree with.Since when is palace the most important in a fans life get over it you lot , it happened its done , I live north and they have already stopped taking the P , god you lot must have some very sad life's if a football match result is the be all to end all , and with most of you not even been at the games ever week , so your little egos are hurt big deal , for 3 years followed them home and away in the 3rd then the 2nd division every game , the dark days , this is a minor blimp top tier 12 years thank you , FA CUP thank you Charity shield Thank you , oh and 19 games unbeaten and Europe , you lot have spent more time on this one match than any other why god knows , you lot are like a child having there favourite toy taken away , you have been spoilt and can't handle being told you can't have it back , grow up the lot of you ,
Now I've had my rant happy new year ❤️❤️
ThisI am yet to be convinced that we will witness a positive reaction against a Sunderland team unbeaten at home this season.
yes, it is just reinforces how bad our defending is. The scorer is 5ft 10 and has jumped pretty much alone to head in from a decent distance whilst both Canvot and MG behind him both have their feet on the ground.Im looking forward to the main site pic being changed, that constant reminder of Saturday against Macclesfield is not helping.
the players was at fault in that game there was no heart or pride from them , hence the disaster of a result but did it warrant 53 pages of the same , trust me I was angry but its not end of the world , yes got the hurt , biggest problem alot of people was more worried about having the P taken out of them more than anything by other fans , yes it was a rant but I stopped dissecting the game 30 mins after the game finished , if you go back in the post I told how I got over it quickly , lets see how things stand at the end of the monthIf you dont want to read peoples feelings on this dont. I’m looking forward to the Sunderland game just so we can get away from this thread🤣Im looking forward to the main site pic being changed, that constant reminder of Saturday against Macclesfield is not helping.

Fair point, one week we could’ve actually done with a midweek game to get Macclesfield out of our systems!!I’m looking forward to the Sunderland game just so we can get away from this thread🤣
Win lose or draw we can move on!

Oddschecker shows you can get 125/1 against Palace being relegated. If you’re that sure, we will be relegated, why not put a bet on?I wish I had your optimism. I just see us losing practically every match from now and getting relegated. Present form gives us no chance of winning the Conference. I’m still embarrassed and humiliated by Saturdays performance :-(

I put £50 on at 100-1 a few weeks ago.Oddschecker shows you can get 125/1 against Palace being relegated. If you’re that sure, we will be relegated, why not put a bet on?
I judge how safe a team is by the minimum number of goals that need to be scored to relegate them - the higher the number, the safer the team is.
After Palace v Ipswich in 1993, this number was five. The wrong five goals were scored, and we went down. Because of this, I think we have a tendency to be nervous about relegation.
However, it is extremely rare for a team to go down with this kind of margin.
Blackpool went down in 2011 after building a margin of six goals, but this is the only occasion since 1995 when a PL team has build up a margin of more than 3 goals and been relegated.
I therefore feel safe when we have reached a margin of 7 goals.
At the moment we have a margin of TEN goals.

0-4 then 🤦I fully accept that I can be an 'Elijah of doom' on HOL, however others with whom I have engaged in conversation and who are normally infused with positivity share my viewpoint.
We have now gone 9 games without a win in all competitions and that includes of course the debacle at Macclesfield both from a performance and result perspective.
We have scored 2 goals in our last 6 PL games and 1 of those was from the penalty spot.
There are no grounds of optimism leading up to the Sunderland encounter.

I dont buy the worst performance at all. Or result. It is a bad result and will put us on the map but tbh any publicity is good publicity. Internet searches sell merchandise and tickets. Every cloud and all that 👍If you dont want to read peoples feelings on this dont. Simple. Palace team bus was spotted in car park last Saturday 10amTake advantage of this tonight in Buxton (tap house near the Opera House is a great venue) - there's a great £3 pint offer at Buxton Brewery venues for selected beers (Cavern, Deepdale, Right to Roam, Gatekeeper, Axed) running throughout January 2026 to combat the January blues, available at their Tap House, Trackside, and the Sock and Buskin. It's a limited-time deal to enjoy their local brews at a fantastic price during the winter month.
Man City are as low as 20/1 to be relegated. Do the bookies know something we don't ?Oddschecker shows you can get 125/1 against Palace being relegated. If you’re that sure, we will be relegated, why not put a bet on?
