I don't know how much Liverpool and Brighton are interested but the fact that he plays in a position we clearly need to strengthen, that he's a Senegalese international and that he is more natural as a wing back than Mitchell means we can say with a fair degree of confidence that we are genuinely interested, regardless of all the clickbait, heresay and fake speculation. It just looks like Slavia are doing a bit of brinkmanship and holding out till the last minute for as much as they can get and we want a fair price and not getting stitched up with costly add ons and release clauses, plus there's the player's wages to be factored in, and whatever his agent is trying to stir up. Slavia have asked for 20mil Euros not £ which is £17mil, we've offered £12.5 mil. The clickbait re the weed offering £15 is more likely where Slavia are willing to come down to.
