A digital Season ticket with the Forest game in the top corner and a specific digital ticket for the forest game - long as they work all is good

Due to the whole thing seemingly more fragile than a Ming vase, it's recommended to use chrome so it picks up your gmail account for google wallet. 🙄

you can do that in any browser.

firefox is a far better browser in every way on desktop plus devices like mobile.

Good that orig poster has now solved the issue it is a place which tends to run into a lot of issues.

I'm sure firefox is better grumpymort, but the instructions from the club tell you to do it via Chrome and if you don't, well it's just an excuse they can use to fob you off.

Anyway, no solution yet, but judging by the error I've had, it looks like a problem with their API, so hopefully they'll have it sorted soon. 👍

I've done that a dozen times. Anyone else had that?

Everything else work(s), the wembley tickets, rail tickets, cards etc

They've sent me another link, which just says error

Now they've sent me the original email again, which strangely says "Something went wrong, please try again"

Now I've been asked to send in screen shots.

They say I've already downloaded it but its not in my wallet

Same, just rang the box office and they re-sent the email and told me to tap on the Apple link, even though my phone is Android, and it worked. Apparently lots of people are having the same issue and this is the workaround they're using.

Finally, I appear to have the ticket

I was eventually told to click on the Apple Link rather than the Google link even though my phone is Android.
Suddenly I appear to have a ticket.

I expected it to accompanied by a QR code like other tickets but it isn't.

Do others have a QR code or it is that yet to come?

Just had a reply from the box office saying google pay link now working. They have sent a new email link and it works. My Google pay just has the forest game not a season ticket as such. Assume as in previous years this will refresh to the next game when the forest game is over.

No QR code on mine. Just some text saying hold near reader.
Probably done away with QR code displaying to stop screenshots

Mine has a QR code. Initially I added via the apply pay link as some suggested when the google pay link wasn't working and that ticket added to the wallet but didn't have a QR code. I then added from the google pay link when that one was working and that has a QR code, it looks the same as last year to me.

The club sent me an e-mail saying that they would be sent out first class post w/c the 11th Aug .
It has not arrived .
I am away next week , so went to the club to see if they would print me out a ticket .
I intend to go straight to the ground rather home and out again .
I was told they can only print out tickets on match days not before .
The tickets , I am told will be sent out this coming Monday 18th .
Good job our first game of the season was not at home .
Can someone explain why these tickets could not be sent out two or three weeks ago ?

Same here with my Dads plastic card. Explanation, CPFC total incompetence as usual when it comes to tickets!

I received an email saying that due to sickness and technical issues my plastic card couldn’t be made and sent in time for today’s game so they sent me an e-ticket to be printed at home.
