I have just had an email from Ticketmaster enabling me to download my season ticket. After clicking on "Add to Google Wallet" instead of getting a new season ticket I got a ticket for the game at home to Forest.

Anyone else tried yet? Is this a new system whereby we get a ticket for each match?

Received the same, just a ticket for the Forest game, which is a surprise to me as I can’t make the match and resold my ticket back to CPFC.

it will update to the next home game once the forest game has been played - same as last season
 
I received both !

A digital Season ticket with the Forest game in the top corner and a specific digital ticket for the forest game - long as they work all is good

Something went wrong, please try again


I've done that a dozen times. Anyone else had that?

Everything else work(s), the wembley tickets, rail tickets, cards etc

They've sent me another link, which just says error

Now they've sent me the original email again, which strangely says "Something went wrong, please try again"

Now I've been asked to send in screen shots.

They say I've already downloaded it but its not in my wallet

Open the Palace App.
select three dots (...) bottom right corner where it says 'more'
Then select 'Tickets'
Then select 'access fan wallet'
Add it to the wallet from there

will have the forest game top right hand corner in very small text.
Has been available in the 'access fan wallet' for a couple of weeks.

The 'something went wrong message' is usually if it isn't available or you already have it in the wallet

We're all logged into chrome with it being the default browser so assuming it's something messed up with Ticketmaster. Just wondering if anyone else had the same?

If you're using a VPN pause that for downloading?
