Season Ticket 2025-2026

I have just had an email from Ticketmaster enabling me to download my season ticket. After clicking on "Add to Google Wallet" instead of getting a new season ticket I got a ticket for the game at home to Forest.

Anyone else tried yet? Is this a new system whereby we get a ticket for each match?

Received the same, just a ticket for the Forest game, which is a surprise to me as I can’t make the match and resold my ticket back to CPFC.

it will update to the next home game once the forest game has been played - same as last season

It didn't do that with mine last season. It was just the same standard season ticket for every game.

I’ve just received mine, I sort of see what Pete means now, but I think it just looks slightly different to last season, it still should refresh to whoever we’re playing after every game

A digital Season ticket with the Forest game in the top corner and a specific digital ticket for the forest game - long as they work all is good

I've done that a dozen times. Anyone else had that?

Everything else work(s), the wembley tickets, rail tickets, cards etc

They've sent me another link, which just says error

Now they've sent me the original email again, which strangely says "Something went wrong, please try again"

Now I've been asked to send in screen shots.

They say I've already downloaded it but its not in my wallet

Open the Palace App.
select three dots (...) bottom right corner where it says 'more'
Then select 'Tickets'
Then select 'access fan wallet'
Add it to the wallet from there

will have the forest game top right hand corner in very small text.
Has been available in the 'access fan wallet' for a couple of weeks.

The 'something went wrong message' is usually if it isn't available or you already have it in the wallet

It appears I've already downloaded it, where it is I've no clue but its not in Google Wallet

They are going to reset that indicator and try again

I can see the game in fan wallet but they aren't tickets

I don't want to mess around too much, I'll just wait until they reset the downloaded indicator

We're all logged into chrome with it being the default browser so assuming it's something messed up with Ticketmaster. Just wondering if anyone else had the same?

Fine my end with Firefox which is a far better browser you should switch to it.

No VPN, but good shout. Box office has come back to me and it looks like a problem their end.

Due to the whole thing seemingly more fragile than a Ming vase, it's recommended to use chrome so it picks up your gmail account for google wallet. 🙄
