When Millwall signed him from Spurs apparently he was keen to stay in London so maybe this will help us if we are after him.

I am informed that Mourinho at Tottenham viewed Tanganga as a multi-function defensive player but more as a full-back although he developed as a central defender in the academy.He certainly played at Right-Back when at Tottenham.
He is a player who heads it,kicks it and puts his body on the line.

The back 3 will be Richards Lacroix Guehi/New.

Behind that it's weak. Lerma (who is a key part of the midfield unit) and Clyne. We need at least 1 incremental body and that 1 will get a good amount of game time.

Good age. Has Prem experience. Settled in London. Powerful, not shabby on the ball - probably more the Richards mould than the Lacroix mould. The price seems laughably low - we could easily spend £10m ona a back up CB who isn't any better. It would be sensible business for both Tanganga and Palace.

Ah, of course. I don't really expect to see him this side of Christmas. Hopefully he can get back to it and finally settle in. 5 CBs for a team that plays 3 at the back and is trying to play a 50 game season probably still makes sense - then we can keep Lerma as a midfielder.
