Censorship and Social Media

No incitement here.

You would need to ask the police their reasoning. There’s no question her final words are appalling, whilst her earlier ones aren’t. Perhaps it’s that context or that the event referred to wasn’t here, or that the “kill them all” was generic rather than specific. Whatever it was they thought either that the CPS would refuse a prosecution or that a warning would achieve the desired result and deterrence was unnecessary.

Trying to inject comparability with any other case is a futile waste of time. No two cases are ever the same.

We must not notice any difference between cases; that would make us right wing.

Is that how it works - only some of what you said was appalling so that's alright.
Legal precedent exists to compare similar cases. But not here apparently.

I don’t recall being asked but have no problem answering, even if I cannot anticipate how you will try to make your “point”.

I drive a fully electric BYD Atto 3 which I bought new this year, having had a petrol Golf for 10 years. Of course it’s insured, comprehensive at around £700 pa.

Yes why support evil Musk when you can back the Chinese

The Sage in all his hypocritical glory.

If you don't stand and repeat the truth, you will be ruled by lies.

The disgusting way that woman did not want to hear it so tried consistently to talk over the top of him. I hope when he finished spitting those FACTS he turned around to her and called her on it.

Yep, as people who watched and lived the censorship and the glee expressed by these Democrat influencers......listening to them now act like all of a sudden free speech is important......really sticks in your stomach.

These are low life with no principles other than how things effect them personally.
Taking the world’s biggest liar offline was something to be celebrated. That’s nothing to do with restricting free speech. It’s restricting lies from becoming accepted as truths.

You are not free in any democratic country to just say whatever you like. There are laws.

It’s only when legitimate opinion is being stifled because it offends that there are concerns.

Remember when Tommy Robinson went to jail for reporting on a case outside the Court ? and he repeated some facts that had already been published in a newspaper ?

Does this below reminds you of TR ?

He went to jail for behaving in a way that threatened to interfere in a case, and breaking an order not to do so. He invited arrest and was duly rewarded.

That he spoke the truth is undoubtedly true.

Presumably though the lady trying to get a word in was the moderator controlling the debate. If so she had the absolute right to decide who spoke and for how long. Maybe she thought the point had been made, didn’t require remaking and wanted another pov. He ignored her. Thus talking over her, not the other way around.

That’s not being ruled by lies at all. It’s being taught to show respect.

For sure I wouldn’t do anything that put a £ in Musk’s pocket so no Tesla for me. Ever!

I bought the BYD on both its value for money and build quality. It’s a remarkable car.

Even Tesla are now buying batteries from BYD.
Be careful Wissie, they are watching and monitoring your every move. Although they may give you a break for your support throughout the COVID pandemic

I would be flattered if that was true. Collecting the data on the trips I make would be very boring and is already done by my insurer anyway, to help keep my premium low.

Why should anyone worry? I am a law abiding citizen whose activities aren’t of any interest to any government. Ours or the Chinese.

They can take them out of the 100,000 + vehicles they recalled.
