Big business is now telling Reeves that she has got it wrong, as her measures will lead to job losses and inflation amongst other things.
They are not wrong.
Labour continue to roll out the same old quotes but the one that really irks me is that they have to protect the public sector.
Do we need a hard-working and efficient public sector - of course we do -100%.
However, the public sector is currently bloated and inefficient and regardless of ones politics, that is difficult to deny.
To save it, it needs to be trimmed, become more productive and less costly.
Many very wealthy people have left the UK and tens of thousands more are leaving soon and so the tax take is going to plummet in a year's time.
If Labour would sort this one thing out then we might be okay, otherwise I see us being in full blown recession within 12 months, if not sooner.
