In Australia, England have won maybe five or six tests ever after Australia scored more than 350 runs in the first innings. Becomes less once you hit 400. Maybe two or three. So it won't be a common occurrence.

It tends to be higher scoring pitches in Aus.

Clutching at straws but it's just our luck that the temperature in Adelaide is forecast to go down next week from 42 C to 23 C. Adelaide doesn't get much humidity but playing in 105 F can't be fun when you're not used to it.
