Shabana Mahmood has offered for Farage to meet to discuss security for Reform MPs. What a f***ing democracy we live in. Any comments from the left wing posters on here or those who claim not to be left wing but hate Reform?
I suspect further information has been found that targets other Reform MPs

Now here is a surprise, given that this appears to be politically motivated, today 12 have been arrested by CTP for plotting against an Islamic event, great timing. Talk about taking the heat off AW murder, it’s a bit like some of the swerving on here

I would've thought that security should have been looked at urgently after the deaths of two previously assassinated politicians.

It's criminal that we should be in this position. Criminal.

I see it as nothing short of negligent.

its almost impossible to defend oneself from violent nutters. JFK, Ronald Reagan, john Lennon, Pope John Paul II....the latter took 2 or 3 bullets even though he had an army of bodyguards.

so therefore i disagree with you Eagle. sorry.

Poor old Ann Widdicombe, she didnt have a chance, not against an armed young man.

It's truly awful thinking about it.

She was much more mentally robust than physically....physically she seemed a bit frail, which is fair enough at that age.

This monster will get his comeuppance.....as Widdecombe might have said.

It's completely deliberate. It's about control.

They don't want The Right to gain an advantage from any of the multitude of 'we told you so' moments that occur on virtually a daily basis. This one was big and needed careful management.

The idea that a person traveling 300 miles to murder a former politician and advocate for Nigel Farage is down to a bout of depression is far fetched even by the police's standards.
