Timber is out for tonight, injured apparently

Adam as captain has probably come a little early for him, he is no doubt learning on the job, if the club persevere with him I think it will (in time) prove to be a good move & no doubt the experience will have been good for him to have had the extra responsibility, with Deano on his way back...

A little bit of local knowledge goes a long way - nice one

Whilst FFP / PSR / SCR have been around for a number of years (2009 / 2010) its only been in recent seasons (maybe the last 5 / 6) that its really become clear that the authorities are taking them seriously & any commission tasked with investigating breeches actually does have teeth & a...

I've booked a hotel for that week just in case - (Cancellable up until Middle of May if required)

Is anyone's Palace TV commentary working?

Although I haven't seen anything substantial from either Esse or JRS in the friendlies (so far) to indicate that OG assessment of them was wrong.

According to Brighty, Lens first serious game is a week b4 our Everton game, so they are a bit ahead of us in terms of pre season training , although to be fair they looked about a month better last night,

The Everton Director of Sport Marcel Brands has publicly stated (about 3 months after the event) that Everton only made one bid for Zaha, circa £52 million, despite lots of news outlets reporting a second bid involving other players to make up a sum of circa £70 million no such second bid was made.

"The football boardroom" is a decent watch / listen on you tube - The last episode I saw covered the Morgan Rodgers transfer in some detail -
