Take no notice of them. They share the same brain cell: it’s called cut and paste! You clearly don't know their rules, we weren't compliant to them, however unfair they are.

Well researched, and thanks. Let us hope, ‘lacked procedural fairness’ will be the decisive argument in our favour. How can you be sure
Notable CAS Decisions Overruling UEFA
1. Manchester City – 2020
Issue: UEFA banned City for two years from European competitions for alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play (FFP).
CAS Ruling: Overturned the ban, citing insufficient conclusive evidence and time-barred allegations.
Outcome: City was reinstated into the Champions League.
2. FC Barcelona – 2024
Issue: UEFA imposed sanctions related to financial irregularities.
CAS Ruling: Overturned or reduced penalties after reviewing procedural fairness and proportionality.
3. ŠK Slovan Bratislava – 2022
Issue: UEFA disqualified the club over COVID-related match cancellations.
CAS Ruling: Reinstated the club, ruling UEFA’s decision lacked procedural fairness.
4. Football Union of Russia – 2022
Issue: UEFA suspended Russian teams following geopolitical events.
CAS Ruling: While CAS upheld some bans, it overturned others based on competition-specific criteria.
5. FK Bodø/Glimt & Coach Kjetil Knutsen – 2022
Issue: UEFA sanctioned Knutsen for alleged misconduct.
CAS Ruling: Cleared him of wrongdoing, citing lack of evidence.
Yep, I’ll be glowing with it!When you see Rob Holding lift the trophy as the green rain pours down at AFC Chernobyl, tell me your heart won't swell with pride?
Did you miss the bit where he says he is not able to force someone to put their shares into a trust and that no one would realistically do that in early March anyway given our circumstances. The rules are an ass and not fit for purpose which is the thrust of Parish’s argument. No, i don't live in a fantasy world like you, if we have done nothing wrong we will appeal, but he wont because he dropped a b*****k
Actually yhe Champions LeagueGives the squad players e.g Nketiah, . Esse, Franca, Devenney etc. a chance to get regular starts. If West Ham, and Chelsea, in a canter, can win it then so should Palace. That would give Palace a trophy and entry to the Europa in 2026/7

And the better chairman. Why don’t you do one Mate..!!
We’ll see second game of the season who the better team is..!!
They decided not to fix it so they could enter the Champions League again. Ungrateful, just downright ungrateful for all that hard work they put in as a founder member of the ECA.So a 50 million fine; how much will they gain from playing in the Europa League. Probably more than that. And what penalty have the French football authorities dished out to Lyon for originally being 400 million in debt? Anything?
So EUFA's take about the definition of 'controlling interest' is so flexible they make no sense to anyone but themselves, and only as and when, it needs to be applied is Parrish's responsibility? That at this time Parrish is holding his cards close to his chest is only right imo. That he is a lifelong Palace fan is another reason why he's right for Palace. Better that than some billionaire money grabbing yank!!He wont appeal, he hasn't the cojones, the missed email was the mistake and that is down to him, he is the man in charge, he takes the blame, Textor new trouble was waiting, Parish it seems didn't.
Parrish will take them to the cleaners. He is a Palace fan since a kid. Have trust. No, i don't live in a fantasy world like you, if we have done nothing wrong we will appeal, but he wont because he dropped a b*****k
Did you miss the bit where Forest read the email and requested an extension to get the shares put into a blind trust to comply with UEFADid you miss the bit where he says he is not able to force someone to put their shares into a trust and that no one would realistically do that in early March anyway given our circumstances. I was too busy eating my spam sandwich!Did you miss the bit where Forest read the email and requested an extension to get the shares put into a blind trust to comply with UEFA
Woody rings Trump.
Trump rings Infantino (FIFA has just opened an office in Trump Tower, NYC, and are as eager as a dog begging for treats to gain Trump's endearment).
Infantino rings CAS and informs them of the error of EUFA's ways.
EZ PZ Lemon Squeezy
Too early for such sensible considerations! This could be a blessing in disguise. Much easier entry into europe. Win the conference and we will be ready for Champions league by then.
Gives Woody and us a chance to gel.
Best that Textor and his failing multi level model stays well away.
Gotta hope Lincoln Red Imps make it to the Group Stage then at least you mght get a nice trip to the Algarve out of it (since Gibraltar teams have to play anything beyond Q3 in Portugal while their main stadium gets rebuilt).A good opportunity for the squad players, but apart from that nothing!
