Eze to spurs?

According to clickbait, this is the Arsenal player…

He has played multiple games for Arsenal’s first team, against Man United on a pre-season tour, and against Bolton Wanderers in an EFL Cup tie!

The replies from our fans are a good read.

(By the way, it’s a no from me!)
Munoz understudy?

Wont be needing that Italian then. Unless we pop him in the U21s..?

I think i should change the name of this topic i started from 'eze to spurs?' to 'eze to arsenal !!'.
With Arsenal seemingly firming up their interest in Madueke, it's looking like Eze won't be going there in a hurry; nor will he be going to Spurs given their apparent triggering of Gibbs-White's release clause. I suppose Bayern might come in for him but other than that, who else could?

and spurs have signed kudos.

I was just going by clickbait saying they're close to agreeing deal with us.
madueke to arsenal is a weird one as he prefers to play on same wing as saka.

Let me guess arsenal have offered a straight swap plus a few leftover Rob Holding shirts.

His experience amounts to 1 game for Arsenal 1st team in the League Cup and 4 games for Arsenal U21 in the Football League Trophy.

I now cannot see Eze going anywhere, not many clubs left he might want to go to who will pay 68m, only Guehi to Liverpool I think.

Beginning to look that way with Bayern seemingly after Diaz. There must be some doubt over whether Guehi will go to Liverpool given their determination to low-ball us and our determination to get a decent fee for him.

If we end up keeping them both and bring in Sosa and Calabria we can get by defensively and if we spend the small amount needed for Diakitè we will have strengthened our attacking options.

This makes us sound like we are skint.

We’ve spent virtually nothing and shipped off quite a few players through loan end, contract end or retirement (Sosa and Calabria simply replace the loans of Chilwell and Turner). We are weaker than we were last season at present and I sincerely hope we get some bodies through the door regardless of whether both Guehi and Eze stay.

I must admit that Palace have an annoying trait of painting the retention of players as a massive success whereas most clubs look to strengthen and add depth to their squads.

I saw somewhere the suggestion of Arsenal throwing Trossard in as makeweight. Now, first, I should caveat this by saying this would almost certainly never happen, but for the sake of discussion, would people be happy with say £45 million plus Trossard?

He's 30, but he looks like he'd slot easily into Eze's position, plus he can play across the front line. If we do get to play in the EL it would also be something special to see the faces of Brighton fans if he led us to glory.
