Have we ever signed a decent player from Arsenal?

Back in the seventies it was David Price who flopped because he was always injured. Julian Gray and Tommy Black never hit the heights that were claimed for them. I maybe wrong but we always get done by Arsenal.

Ashley Cole loan seems to be the only positive bit of business we've done with them as far as I can recall.

I wonder if any proposed swap deal is going to include about £5mil paid in installments, plus another sh!t player from them who they put a ridiculous value on?

Bit harsh on Eddie actually, I still hold out hope for us to see the best from him.

More salt than a bag of pork scratchings. Every time part exchanges are mentioned they feature a player the bigger club don't want but still over value to bring down the price of the player they do want. Win/Win for them as usual.

Yep, Clive Allen for Kenny Sansom, but if it was Ethan Nwaneri, i would grab there arm off, only one year left, Left footed Right Winger, 18, and a superstar in the making, if not full release money.
 
I’m sick of these bigger clubs thinking they can prise away our world class players by offering us unproven fringe “counter-weights” It’s an absolute joke and terribly disrespectful to us.

Arsenal hood-winked Parish & Co over Nketiah and probably now think we’re complete mugs.

His contract ends in 2026, and he is 1300 a week, and a left footed right winger, not going to get much game time with Saka around.

He’s also probably the most talented teenager in the country.

9 goals and 43 appearances for Arsenal at 18 years old is incredibly impressive.
