Or when Marinakis chats with Nunos!Just read that our coefficient for winning the FA Cup is the same as Plymouth's for their league finish.
This must be how Prince Harry feels when he chats to his brother.

Or they’d bomb us with their smelliest cheeseHow would they retaliate? A barrage of Toblerones?
Making every single item on their army knives a nail file. How would they retaliate? A barrage of Toblerones?
They’ve both got their own Hoe…Just read that our coefficient for winning the FA Cup is the same as Plymouth's for their league finish.

That was my take. One, will the bank transfer not have to wait completion of the sale to Johnson? And two, when in funds, what stops Tex from trousering the lot?
Ten minutes peace, money well spent fellaMeh. I'm over it. Get one of those massive ones from the airport - one of those lasts my missus a good 10 minutes.
Ten minutes v several hours of moaning and remorse? Not the best deal going.Ten minutes peace, money well spent fella
The rule that sorts out the order of precedence regarding Palace/Lyon/Brondby has been posted on a number of occasions in this thread, but it is clearly set out in post 29 on page 2 under section 5.02.Brondby have a higher coefficient than us. As far as I'm aware, we won't replace them - we won't be eligible.
As I have said numerous times I am pretty certain that 1. Textor would not be allowed to use the money from Palace share sale and 2. There are strong rumours he has it earmarked to buy another English club and has no intention of using it for Lyon even if he were allowed to.didn't Textor just get £190 mil from the sale of his shares to Johnson? And there's money from the sales of players to Rottingham Forest. Don't know about clearance time though.
They cant appeal an appeal. This current process IS their appeal. Lose this and they are down.I believe Lyon have until the 14th to appeal,so don't think we'll hear anything today, even though last week i heard they have 7 days to appeal.
a key point in all this is that there is a difference between 'codes of practice' which are the legally binding actions you must take to comply with rules/laws and 'guidance' or 'guidelines' which are merely suggestions or advice and are NOT legally binding. Reading that article it does seem we have a solid case that we did comply or at least believed we were complying with the rules based on a logical interpretation, and that if we weren't compliant before we certainly are now, and some of these rulings fall under guidance rather than codes of practice. The Cup Final was not some parochial event, we beat the then reigning world club champions, it's global news, certainly a win that all of Europe will have stood up and noticed, given the vagueness of their rulings and the clear double standards there'll be absolute f*cking uproar if UEFA bar us, they'll be praying Lyon lose their appeal.I hope this is allowed, but there is a superb post on another CPFC forum, which summarises the situation superbly:-

This needs wide circulation, preferably to maintain stream media and everyone involved.

I went out with one of them 😉And the Palace dollies !
I believe any money from Eagle Holdings cannot be used, therefore irrelevant. Our problem seems to be Michele Kangdidn't Textor just get £190 mil from the sale of his shares to Johnson? And there's money from the sales of players to Rottingham Forest. Don't know about clearance time though.
Because they know, whatever, that Strasbourg would throw the last game against relegation threatened Le Havre. Watch the highlightsI've just found this article dated 9 May. Re: Chelsea and Strasburg. Although they had been talking with UEFA since January about prospective MCO violations. Chelsea hadn't actually done anything by this date. It looks like they were waiting to see if they qualified first before taking any action. How is this ok for them and not for us?

But won’t do anything until this is sorted. Appears he wants to f*** Parish overAs I have said numerous times I am pretty certain that 1.
