No doubt the police will be knocking on my door soon, for posting this, but I think there's a lot of comedy value in that the two men charged, thus far, with burning Kier Starmers residences , are both immigrants.
"Mr Carpiuc, a Romanian national, 26, from Romford is accused of conspiring with Ukrainian national Roman Lavrynovych, 21, and others to "damage by fire property belonging to another, intending to damage the property, intending to endanger the life of another or being reckless as to whether the life of another would thereby be endangered", the Met said." (BBC website 20.5.25)
If convicted, makes you wonder what sort of sentence might be proportionate. Probably 4 weeks (suspended) for the arsonists.
And probably 10 years for me writing about it on the internet 🙁
