I smell betrayal, they will abolish the licence fee as they admit its unpopular. I reckon they will either add a tax to broadband or some form of tax for higher rate payers. They are already talking about the poor being unfairly penalised.

It won't occur to then to just abolish it, this is the same party that protested against the poll tax because it was unpopular but apparently the same won't apply

The last I checked we were firmly anchored to planet earth here in Cornwall. Mind you I doubt that you would realise that given your belief that the BBC is dodgy. I have no recent experience of RTE but whenever I was in Ireland they seemed perfectly rational and objective.

Do you ever stop to consider whether it’s you and your prejudices that’s actually at odds with reality? If not I suggest you take some time out to reflect on that.
