This is entirely reasonable and likely closer to the truth. The fact they need to wildly over-exaggerate it to fuel their ‘everyone against us’ narrative does them no favours.

I agree with you. I actually am a Reform voter but I'm not going to shrug off their faults. In this instance I did cringe.
