Apart from goalies in the past they've had some great players, the Celtic team that won in 67 all came from the same area in Glasgow and around the same time was the keepie uppies maestro Jim Baxter.
That really is incredible isn’t it, something to be proud of and something that no one will ever get close to now with teams being made of of any old nations now, let alone local players

Not only that, but it was a brilliant performance. Willie Wallace scored the 2 goals that got them to the final. Shame he was past it when he played for us

Strand Larsen scored twice in tonight's Norway vs Sweden friendly - still going on but he was subbed off 63rd minute

(he was playing up front with Sorloth - so a little evidence, as suggested on these boards, that he is better with another striker alongside him)

(Edit - forgot that Potter was Sweden's manager so he definitely should have scored more)
