Look at the last time Dyche managed a s*** team- how did that end up?
I think his time as a PL manager has passed now. Appointing Dyche is the treatment prescribed to a terminally ill team.
Forest? He was on course to keep them up, got a tune out of them for the first time since the Nuno fallout right at the start of the season, but the club’s resident mafioso randomly got itchy feet again.

Everton? He kept them up, what everyone is saying is the OG replacement’s main task now.

Burnley? Kept them in the division for many seasons with limited resources. Eventually he couldn’t keep that record going for one more year, but we are only asking him to do it for four months no?

Why the hell would we want that, Jeeez.
Because it brought us the greatest success we have ever witnessed on SE25.

Niko is a good shout, not one I had thought of but I do like it. It would be like bringing in the Oli of 19th Feb 2024, rather than the Oli of 21st Feb 2026.

Yes, Good isn't he, he has even upset the Pope, in place of Alan Mullery.

We obviously need an ‘M’ at the start of the surname to win it.
To be doubly safe I’d go with Michael Macintyre. Least the boring c**t would be off the Saturday night tele.
It’s a win win.

Current Conference League
winning managers:

Mourinho
Moyes
Mendilibar
Maresca

Ignoring Maresca, who simply led a massive club in a minnow’s competition, it’s quickly becoming the competition of anti-football and no-nonsense football 😂 Dyche would very much fit that trend.

Alternatively, they all start with ‘M’. A good omen for Paddy McCarthy?

Bet365 and Betvictor have reopened the Palace manager betting, Skybet still closed, BET365 has
Keane 6/4
Dyche 7/4
Frank 9/2
Southgate 12/1

Nothing on Paddy Power anymore.

Robbie Keane still holding out at the top… not sure where that one ever came from. His record doesn’t suggest he should be in the running. Would also be bad for our brand.

All the other three have been alleged to have meetings with Steve in recent times. I can’t confirm or deny any one.

Oliver clarified his statements in exactly the way I explained it at the time. Yes it might be better not to say anything at all but I think fans have been eager to take it the wrong way and run with it. The media haven’t helped things.

The smart money is on Oli G seeing out the season.

I think Carrick is doing a great job at Man Utd, it shows that its horses for courses, what ever a managers record is, doesn't mean its the right one for us, Carrick has new system, playing players where they should be and he has the club in his blood, welcome back Mr Pardew 🙂

The bookies have got their moles out and have clearly been fed some inside information regarding Keane. It won’t hurt them to take bets at those odds.

I'm starting to wonder whether it's been Southgate all along. Ever since October when SP heard Glasner wouldn't sign a new contract, he's had Southgate in mind, but kept it very close to his chest.

I don't see Southgate as a modern manager, let alone a prem manager... not inspiring at all... however, interim for rest of the season I would take it.

The way things have been recently there's a good chance it's on Ali G

I think it has to be a manager who is in a job or he would have taken over strait away.
