Robbie Keane is a strange one, i don't think anyone would have put him forward, but as he is favorite there might be more to it, Ferencvarosi's last fixture is May 15th, they will finish first or second in the Hungarian Premier league, They got in to the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions league, going out to Qarabag, they played in the Europa league, got to the qualifying section and lost to Braga, maybe because he is a close friend of Paddy McCarthy the bookies are putting 2+2=5, and he is Morrissey's cousin 🤣

A second cousin, heaven knows i'm miserable now. 😉

I went to my local bookmakers(Boyle sports) ,easily a month ago, looking for a price on rob Keane......girl rang head office...would only give me 5/4,for" small money "!!...I asked ,how much was small money.....€50.max..!!!
They obviously know something!!!
Apparently he still has a house in London, and wants to get into the premier league,so we would be an ideal fit!!

I have it on very reliable saurce that good old Roy is fit and rearing to take over the care home said we can have him 4 days a week but due to it being soup day Thursday are out of the question , was quoted by staff that he likes his soup

Reporter Tom ketchup I'm not click bait its all true , well maybe its not soup day Thursday

This has been my consistent messaging which of course has not been met with universal approbation.
Let us not deflect the attention away from the subject matter to officiating with the discussion evolving into a 'Willo Thread'.
In your reply to PatrickA (11.58) you stated that your constant messaging has been that "the referee made an honest mistake".

Not true. During my time as a poster I don't' recall you ever admitting that a referee made a mistake. Instead you resort to the wishy-washy statement that they're all human.

If you don't want another Willo thread, don't make factually untrue statements.

PS: If you can refer me to one of your posts that shows me to be wrong I will offer sincere apologies.

With respect, I have consistently stated the referees being humans DO err from time to time and refuted the accusations of bias towards certain clubs or indeed corruption. These can be filed under 'Honest mistakes' in high-pressure situations and this has been my messaging on this matter on the plethora of 'Willo Threads'.
I have nothing further to add.

May the discussion now return to the subject matter, thank you. 👍

Appointing Dyche would be a step backwards towards the Hodgson era. I think Parish will give a younger manager a chance with F Lampard, S Parker and R Keane all play an attacking style of football rather than a 0-0 is a good result approach.

Assuming he gets sacked fairly soon, would anybody take Eddie Howe? Don't know if I would, just wondering about his theoretical popularity.
Perhaps I'm alone, but Howe wouldn't be for me.
It's a toss up between him and Arteta for my least favourite manager
Rotational fouling , players feigning injury, time wasting- essentially cheating while pushing the margins to the limit.
Glasner may have some faults but I can't recall him engaging in all this nonsense.

Dyche or Parker.. proven flops!!!

Nooooooooooooooo

Edit...you can add Lampard to that too

Any of these and you can have my seat Parish. We'll be straight down next season with any of them

We need a manager who has a system that matches the composition of the squad.

So ideally looking for someone who uses an attacking right wing back and 4 right wingers but keeps it tight and defensive on the left
