What’s the point of this tale victimhood? You want sympathy?

Even as a teenager myself Brixton wasn’t a place to spend any time in. You would be wiser to ask your parents why on earth they thought it a suitable place to bring up a child. Yes there were riots there. What caused them? It was anger at the Police for unfair stop and search tactics combined with years of racial discrimination in local housing policy. You seeing drivers dragged out of cars there has obviously coloured your judgement. Those doing the dragging being simply criminals. The colour of their skin being irrelevant.

So your parents took you to the backwater of Wisbech, but your chose to go back and get to see the “darker” side of human nature. Why, if it was so awful did you do that? I suspect you liked the fighting. More discolouration of your judgement. Everyone’s experiences shapes them, and yours certainly has, but not positively.

Maybe the stop and search policy wasn’t so racist. Look at the prison population compared to the actual population. Slightly disproportionate in the non white department. Or is that racist to mention that. This policy would also mean 100s of young black kids would still be alive and maybe not in jail !

Why shouldn't someone from London want to go back to where they came from? It may be a decision a young person is more likely to make but it's hardly controversial.
