Wharton dived in but then realised his mistake and pulled out. The Chelsea c*** dived, as they do, trying his best to get someone sent off. VAR can take half an hour awarding their penalty but not get involved in the red card, or their goalie diving and rolling around. Actually cheating is fine, it's just technicalities that matter. f*** modern football. It's s***.

VAR was invented so that they can justify any decisions they need to make

We are paying the price for a lack of investment yes but also a lack of leadership on the pitch. There is no fight in this group. None. They are a soft touch. We also have a manger who has utterly lost the ability to get his team performing.

At this stage I wouldn’t actually mind an old school manager for the final games. Just get us fighting and try and get a couple of wins to keep us up

Well look I agree the squad has been left exposed. No argument. However, it’s all irrelevant now. What matters is what happens from this point. Right now we need to be 100% focused on staying up. That’s it. I don’t see OG as the man for that. He’s totally lost any ability to get this group performing (including when he had Guehi).

Without signing any replacement let alone one of similar calibre.

Canvot wasn’t really bought as an oven ready player, he was bought for the future, however he has been thrust in when he isn’t ready and is suffering because of it.
