Because the arm has accidentally stopped a goal, thats just what the laws say. No point us all arguing it, the fact hes got that opportunity that close to goal should be more of a concern

The law doesn't state that according to IFAB. It clearly says it's not handball

To be fair to Wharton he committed 2 fouls in the entire match and the ref decided both deserved yellows. Caicedo on the other hand has committed 3 worse fouls since being booked early on and remains on the pitch.

We are paying the price for a lack of investment yes but also a lack of leadership on the pitch. There is no fight in this group. None. They are a soft touch. We also have a manger who has utterly lost the ability to get his team performing.

At this stage I wouldn’t actually mind an old school manager for the final games. Just get us fighting and try and get a couple of wins to keep us up
