@50s, the car clearly hits the officer (with some force) before he opens fire, when many are denying it even touched him. The footage from the officer shows the driver looking directly at him, so she knew he was there.

Why did she angle her car to block the road for for 4 minutes, before the incident? Was it a deliberate attempt to obstruct the law?

Did she deserve to die? Of course not, but there appears to be many bad choices that led to this tragic incident.

Was it murder? Not in my humble opinion.

I don't remember you complaining when Nick was calling me a neo nazi on here on the regular? Weren't you yourself constantly questioning whether I was a member of some extremist party?

Is all that fine? But if others on your political side of the fence get being accused of things that's suddenly a bridge too far?

Sounds a bit double standard to me.

Wisbech has expressed extremely controversial views on here and personal views about people himself.

If people take up those positions....for example the very worse such as his grooming gangs and police response stance, they are going to get a lot of pushback.

You present things as one sided and that's not a balanced picture.
Indeed I was. As I recall it was a question since you were very open about your links with the leader's wife (was it?). It definitely sounded like you are linked to Patriotic Alternative.

I don't regard that as an insult.

All made by the deceased. No one can now deny the officer was hit by the car.

This seems to show whoever is wearing the bodycam being hit by the car
No it doesn't. All we see is his camera do a little 'jerk'. We don't see what caused it, do we. How can you draw such a conclusion?
In a court of law how would this, under cross examination, conclusively prove your assertion?

I use risible so you do too , haha

The legality or otherwise yet to be determined

As for premeditation , that you state that to be the case simply shows the stupidity of your narrative.

Please explain how you know this.

Are you part of a hive mind with the ICE officer?

And yes, I would happily bring back corporal punishment, I believe it would free up prison space and reduce re-offending. The ferrel youth we have allowed to develop would think twice.
Capital for murder and rape if proven without doubt. That would sort it quite quickly.

Rape is a difficult one with many blurred lines.

With so much CCTV murder easier to prove without doubt,

We can't have another Craig and Bentley.

For the scum who dragged the policeman when they were stealing farm equipment off to the gallows

Yup I get the rape proven beyond doubt when it starts with consent but rape when a woman or man is attacked randomly is a pretty open and shut case.

I agree.

There is a culture of bullying against Wisbech on here that is personal and never - ending; it's a sort of sport which is spiteful and uncalled for.

Disagree by all means but this is more than that: horrible.
Do you read his posts?

As you have consistently misrepresented my attitude on this, despite repeated rebuttals and patient explanations of what they actually are, no one ought take these slurs seriously.

It’s Trump like tactics being displayed on a football forum. Tell a big lie often enough and those who believe you on other matters believe this too. It’s not pushback! It’s pathetic!

Yep, I've seen it.

They were harassing law enforcement and then the driver did something very stupid and unfortunately has lost her life.

The left aren't going to win this one.....and they have some cheek after their defence of the murder of Ashley Babbit.....someone who wasn't driving at someone and just walking up stairs.
The officer who fired and killed Ashley Babbit was quite genuinely facing a mob. In such circumstances it’s much more understandable that someone could panic.

In this case the officer was facing an unarmed woman, together with colleagues supporting him. She was trying to escape. She wasn’t deliberately using her car as a weapon, when using force to stop her, could have been justified if any immediate threat to life was perceived.

Who cares whether the left, or right “win”. That’s more Trump parroting. What matters is justice.

No it doesn’t. It barely touches him as she tries to drive away from, not towards. The movement he makes is primarily because he slips on the ice.

Why she was blocking the road is a irrelevant diversion. For such the police ought to have been called to investigate and resolve. ICE are not traffic officers. It’s none of their business.

Of course if she had used her car as a weapon then force in response could be justified but it’s not when someone is protesting.

This needs honest, open investigation and for the law to be the master. Not Trump or any of his lackeys. There is nothing to be feared from the truth. I hope that it is found.

How do you know she wasn’t deliberately aiming for the officer or indeed wasn’t armed?

The video from the officer's perspective.

I know we both agreed earlier on that she may have panicked as the law enforcement officers came over to her. But seeing this new video angle makes me think otherwise now. She almost looks I don't know gleeful? Rather than panicked? Her wife tho is also yelling "drive" at her after she was asked to get out of the car.

Exactly you don't regard it as an insult.

I remember your posts and they went on and on despite you being told very clearly there were no links.

Didn't stop you did it.

Now it takes a lot for me to whine about speech but if you guys are going to attempt to censor others then I'm going to raise your own double standards.
