Given the comments from Glasner at weekend, the smart money would be on him leaving at the end of the season when he is out of contract.
I honestly can't see anything being done in January to convince him to stay. He has seen his requests ignored and likely to be ignored again the future (it's what happens almost every transfer window - leave it the last day and hope for the best).
That being said, we should really be looking at possible new managers in the background - no idea who personally.
I can just see us get to summer and Parish desperately trying to convince Glasner to stay, which becomes a fruitless exercise after weeks, leaving us with a month or so to get a new manager and signings
Once again, starting the season unprepared.
