I heard him talking about older games once so he must have at least gone to the odd one.how many games did Steve Parish watch while Simon Jordan was in charge?

I never questioned his winning mentality, or even questioned his ability to win a trophy with a modest team. What I am unsure about is ability to adapt to the huge expectations of the so called big clubs and their insistence of playing a certain type of football.Of course he is. The man is a winner and he has done it on limited resources. Yes he has his faults. Who doesn't? The point is, if United, Spurs, Chelsea were in need of a manager tomorrow Glasner would be on their list.
That fact alone makes him an elite manager
England
I accidentally met him in a pub near the ground and he seemed a genuine fan but I had the impression that he would'nt be going while Jordan was in charge. The fourI heard him talking about older games once so he must have at least gone to the odd one.
USA
He has the same record as Arteta in England with one FA Cup & one Community Shield. I'd say he's a better manger than Arteta if you tag on his Europa Cup win & all done in less time & smaller budget than the Arsenal. Is Glasner a truly elite manager? Yes he has excelled at mid table teams in winning cup competitions and we will forever be grateful for that. However I honestly do not think that he will make the step up with his rigid formation and inability to break down teams who will play with a low defensive block.
Top teams will not accept 35percent possession and counter attacking football.
