New Manager Planning

Of course he is. The man is a winner and he has done it on limited resources. Yes he has his faults. Who doesn't? The point is, if United, Spurs, Chelsea were in need of a manager tomorrow Glasner would be on their list.
That fact alone makes him an elite manager
I never questioned his winning mentality, or even questioned his ability to win a trophy with a modest team. What I am unsure about is ability to adapt to the huge expectations of the so called big clubs and their insistence of playing a certain type of football.
Time will tell and I have no doubt by next season we will all find out.

I heard him talking about older games once so he must have at least gone to the odd one.
I accidentally met him in a pub near the ground and he seemed a genuine fan but I had the impression that he would'nt be going while Jordan was in charge. The four
left just before us so I don't know whether the others left or not but Steve Parish was NOT going while Simon was in charge. He had his way and I am happy with the way that things are going now.

Is Glasner a truly elite manager? Yes he has excelled at mid table teams in winning cup competitions and we will forever be grateful for that. However I honestly do not think that he will make the step up with his rigid formation and inability to break down teams who will play with a low defensive block.
Top teams will not accept 35percent possession and counter attacking football.
The grass isn’t always greener on the other side.(not unless you’re using a good fertiliser!)
He has the same record as Arteta in England with one FA Cup & one Community Shield. I'd say he's a better manger than Arteta if you tag on his Europa Cup win & all done in less time & smaller budget than the Arsenal.
