US Politics

This pity has, in the last week, caused you to describe him as "corrupt", "autocrat", "evil" and a "grifting wannabe dictator". If you do start to hate him how will anyone know?
All true but that doesn’t mean I hate him. No normal person is like that. It must be terrible to be so disturbed. I don’t think he has any real friends or relationships.

I realised this more than 20 years ago when he first appeared on the Apprentice. I had never heard of him before but the US expats I was socialising with at the time were banging on about him, so I watched the show. Right from the start his character was obvious. It caused a lot of disagreements between the friends. There were some, me included, who thought he was just a bully with nothing but bs behind him. Others that he was great and what the USA needed at the top. He was talked of even then as a future President. I was staggered, appalled and deeply concerned at such an idea. When I researched his actual business record those concerns were confirmed.

He was picked up by a group of wealthy supporters who saw him as the charismatic leader they could use to promote their own vision of the USA. Trump, being Trump, thought the ideas were his and was swept along. He was a very effective reality TV star. Possibly the best ever. He is an actor. He delivers lines written by others. Now his character faults and psychological problems are being amplified by physical ones. He is a sick man.

I don’t hate him. I hate that he is the President.

And Alan Sugar is an actor?

He pitied him so much he even tried to deny that he was shot in the ear and pushed a conspiracy that it was glass from the stand (which had no unbroken glass).

He is fake views.
Completely untrue.

In the immediate aftermath I speculated on whether it was real, especially when that ridiculously large bandage was applied by his own pet doctor especially flown in for the purpose.

I pity anyone who feels the need to exploit every situation, no matter how bad, to convey messages.

No you don’t!

You only see what I write here. Much of which is reaction to people like you.

There is a great deal about me you know nothing whatsoever about!

I know that you 'stumble' onto probably gay nudist beaches....well ok, beach.

You said so.

The 'renter I was chasing for late payments, committed suicide and I went to his funeral' story, was another disquieting classic from your keyboard.

Just on that alone.....I'm not sure how much I actually want to know about what you get up to.

No doubt you think Charlie Kirk exploited his assassination - you continually plumb new depths of the gutter.

What’s Alan Sugar got to do with Trump being President?

Sugar tried politics and didn’t like it!

Sugar came over as a fair person who actually understood business in the UK version of the show. Of course he was required to stay in the style of the show, but he seemed real.
This is just more of the same: wanting it your way. Trump and Sugar were on the show as successful businessmen and indeed acted in the style required. Why is Trump's portrayal real yet Sugar's an act? One is now a businessman and politician, not an actor anymore. He's hardly Arnie.
No one's asking you to like Trump but just admit that you're not objective on this. My advice: forget about Trump. Look after yourself and your own. He's not affecting you as much as your own weak and poor government are. They're sidetracking you from the real and obvious problems that will have reached even your secluded locale.

Don't forget the time he hit someone with his car and then raged at the judge for finding against him 🤷🏻‍♂️

One of the National Guardsman is now dead and Trump seems to be enraged.

He's on his social media saying he's going to implement reverse migration for those in the US from third world countries.

Very based.

However, the US institutions, like ours, are filled with a middle and upper class who will frustrate any efforts to enact such a policy.

What Trump wants can't be done democratically within the US system.
