That's was quick. Why can't the government do the same for the rest of them? 🤷🏻‍♂️
Because this was so embarrassing that the government moved heaven and earth to get the guy out of the country. I am waiting for the receiving country's government stating that they never agreed to take him back; that would be really funny...

But... but, Nigel Farage loves Putin.

It's lucky we have Labour protecting our borders. 🙁

He was 'forcibly' removed, had 5 guards with him all the way & given £500 to be a good boy. Also, when he got there he was released by the Ethiopian Authorities, as he hadn't done anything wrong there. Source: bbc news.

A 26 year old student 😒

Slow learner or post graduate high flyer?

Most removals have guards, especially those with a Criminal record. Apparently he always stated he wanted to leave but threatened to be disruptive unless he was given money ( who are the mugs). I note Ministers trying to blame the Removals team for agreeing to pay him, absolute nonsense this would have been authorised at Minister level.
I await his return in a few months

Should have shown him a taser and invited him to be as disruptive as he liked while lovingly removing his £500 bonus for a booze up after work.

Quelle Surpise!

I thought being at Uni was all about getting away from the family. Just another excuse to open the floodgates as Boris did with the Chinese.

I wonder how many Palestinians who came here for medical treatment brought their families and will never go back?

I know it sounds harsh but we could have paid to have these folk treated (or educated) in neighbouring Arab states and it would have been a darn sight cheaper for the taxpayer.

I am surprised council house tenants are allowed to sub let
A friend moved into a brand new block of flats in Lewisham run by a Housing Association. Within a couple of months he and another tenant (young black lady) realised that they were the only legal tenants and the rest of the block was being illegally sublet to non whites.

They complained mainly because of the usual neighbour disputes, noise parties etc. The Housing Association wasn't interested in evicting the illegals.

I suspect that many councils it's just too much effort to be bothered with, however it is unfair on the genuine waiting their turn on the waiting list.

A good example of this was post Grenfell, when they had such a nightmare trying to work out who actually could have been in the building, as there were so many sub-lets........

Exactly as predicted.

My own daughter ran up £50k of student debt getting her master's and I paid her thousands in support for those years. Gazan? Come over and we'll pay the lot, oh and bring your entire family too, it's all on us.

f***ing fuming

Yep, the betrayal of the country continues.
