Manchester synagogue attack

And there it is...blaming the the middle aged white man for the Jewish murders in Manchester.

And that about sums up the looney lefties. Blaming everyone else for their sides division, violence and hatred.
Rubbish.

He did no such thing. He talked perfect sense. He is complaining about the creation of division in society and pleading for it to stop. He wants love and harmony to replace hatred and division.

He wasn’t blaming the murders in Manchester on middle aged white men. That was clearly the responsibility of a radicalised extremist.

He blames the division in society on some who are predominantly middle aged white people. People whose activities help create the environment in which radicalisation thrives.

He is correct.

No. I said we don’t know. I don’t and I don’t think anyone does, except him. What he posted wasn’t support for Hamas. It was praising the character of men he admired for a something that appears unconnected to the Oct 7 attack, or was misreported in the media he used. Perhaps (only perhaps) the reason it got deleted was that he came to realise it was incorrect and ill judged so removed it. Perhaps he did support Hamas before they carried out Oct 7 but once he saw the consequences changed his mind. I don’t know. Rushing to judgement on one message could see any of us portrayed as something we aren’t.

Do I think Israel will exist in 60 years? Rather less than I think humanity will exist in 60 years!

Who knows what the geo-political environment will be by then. American domination will be taught as history. Their support and protection of Israel weakened significantly. Israel is surrounded by hostility so they will need to adapt and change to survive. Perhaps the flood in that we saw 75 years ago will become a flood out as pressure mounts.
Carry on dissembling.
From the Guardian.
He reportedly posted on his Facebook page in support of the October 7 attacks on Israel, claiming they had been perpetuated by “men of God on Earth” and describing the attacks as a “miracle by all standards”.

As a middle aged white man himself he presumably accepts his share of the blame.

Lucy Connelly? The person you have condemned for one post?

I read that. Without knowing who reported it, how, when and why, I thought it unreliable. It’s not a direct quote.

It’s been reported here, even in the last week, that I have said things that I didn’t and wouldn’t.

The presence of the quotation marks would suggest it is. Or has the Guardian now joined the Mail in the unreliable propaganda stakes?

A post which was made at a time of great tension and read by tens of thousands. A post that incentivised violence, intimidation and even possible murder.

Compared to an insignificant post probably not read by anyone outside his immediate circle which has only now received attention because it’s been trawled up. A post that commented but didn’t encourage or incentivise.

Perhaps you and Gary should ask yourselves why do middle aged white men put up Union and St George flags. What is the catalyst for such action? Perhaps it is more British to show solidarity with your own country’s flag than to slash or assault people you don’t agree with.

Does that matter when a comment made in a private WhatsApp group is enough to cost someone their job?

How do you know how many people read his post? A post in support of a terrorist organisation that had just COMMITTED mass murder. Previously you seem to suggest that as it had been taken down it was of no significance. LC took her post down almost immediately, how many did read her post? More than his? I don’t know, do you? Or are you again just arguing for the sake of it, any opinions to the right must be challenged even if they are correct

I suspect hundreds of millions around the globe supported Oct 7.

True. And i would also suspect that hundreds of millions of so-called 'Neutrals'* don't know what really happened on that fateful day. Hamas are right up there with the Nazi's for their depths of pure Evil.

*Neutrals = football fans, people like you and me. People whose knowledge of Middle East Politics is limited to the odd news item on the telly.

Reader caution is advised. The link below is even more harrowing than the Manchester Synagogue story.
